Structure of the tg d 150:
The machine is built as shown in the drawing no. 94-12-07-01.
An electrical driven diamond coated disc, is mounted on a console with an integrated coolant system.The diamond coated disc is mounted  direct on a 1.3 Kw 2800 Rpm motor with a flange.
The drill is mounted in a turnable and adjustable chuck, making the operator able to grind ingraving needles in any different angle between 20 degree and 120 degree.
The chuck is mounted on a top slide. Grinding movement can be done at manuel work, or a pneumatic system can be mounted ,and the movement goes automatically. The grinder have a manuel feed, wich can be adjusted on a scale.
